Aishwarya Rai Dazzles at Cannes 2013
I was eagerly awaiting Aishwarya Rai's entry at Cannes 2013. Even though I flicked through images of all the other gorgeous actresses, for some reason, I could not hold my patience as I awaited her appearances. Something inside me said that she's gonna whoop all those negative comments' asses this year. Oops, I said a@#. There, I said it again ;)
Let's have a look at some images of the lovely lady,shall we. Her beauty just dazzles me.She's so regal in everything she wears. She arrives with daughter at the airport. Aren't they so adorable. Look at the little one. She's such a cute chub-chub.
I really like the sense of colour that yellow brings into an otherwise completely black outfit. It looks really classy and what a great way to jazz up the look. Again, just look at the sweet little one here. She's so adorable!
She dropped all that mommy weight, and that too, under so much pressure from the constant jabs she kept getting throughout her pregnancy. I mean, come on, she even attended Cannes last year while she was carrying. I would have rather just slept off in bed and looked all grumpy.
She's back to looking slim and beautiful. That's a whole lot of hard work paying off on that carpet, right there.
At the premiere of 'Inside Llewyn Davis' at the festival. She is in Elie Saab, one of my favourite designers!!
This black-lace print gown is from their Spring 2013 Couture Collection. Shimmering sequins are found all over the lace work on the gown. I also like the way she has styled her hair. Minimal gold accessories complete the look with a black clutch to boot.

At the 100 years of Indian Cinema Gala she chose a black Sabyasachi couture lehenga-sari embellished with gold, velvet and lace. The gold accents adorning the rich black gives her a very regal look. An intricately laced gold head-band keeps up with her do, along with gold ornaments.
Here she has gone for minimal eye makeup and a bold, hot red lip. It gives her a youthful charm.
Continuing with the array of black outfits is this well-fitted waist coat, shirt and trouser combo she wore to the photo session. Don't miss the stark red nail paint that goes well with that gorgeous pout.
She has the most amazing pair of eyes that I have ever seen. Yeah, she's working it.
On the red carpet she is in a cream Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla which she chose to pair with an elegant gold cluth. She's styled her hair in loose waves and chose soft toned makeup.I am not one to judge but this outfit does not make the cut, and in my opinion it's shaped like a Christmas tree. Am sorry, Ash :( Either ways, you are very pretty!

DeleteOh my goodness! I had no idea she had a baby. I didn't know of her until I sat by an Indian co-worker who had her picture all over his background. (lol) A little inappropriate for work but she's gorgeous. Yes, she looks stunning, and dropped the baby weight in record time.

She did. And there's been so much pressure on her to lose weight ever since. i feel so sorry for her with the media blasting her all over magazines about her appearance. nice to know about your co-worker haha
